Amez Wallet accepts various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and linked financial accounts. During transactions, you can select your preferred payment method.

Once a transaction is completed, a confirmation email or in-app notification will be sent, detailing the transaction ID, amount, and payment method.
Wallet recharge can be completed through two methods:
Bank Transfers: Once the transaction is processed successfully, the amount will be credited to the wallet within 8 hours.
Card Payments: The amount will be credited to the wallet instantly. However, an additional processing fee will apply.
Amez Wallet ensures all fees and charges are transparently displayed before transaction completion. This includes service fees, transaction fees, and any applicable promotions or discounts.
Services may be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). The chosen billing cycle is disclosed during subscription sign-up.
Amez Wallet reserves the right to adjust prices, but users will be notified of any changes before the next billing cycle, ensuring clarity and transparency.

When withdrawing in a currency different from your account’s base currency, exchange rate variations and additional fees may apply.
Certain Amez Wallet services require subscription plans with monthly or annual billing cycles, offering benefits like advanced budgeting tools, enhanced security features, and premium support.
Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to prevent interruptions in service. Users may manage auto-renewal settings through their account preferences.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through account settings. However, cancellation does not guarantee a refund, and users will retain access until the end of the billing period.
Available to all users with three tiers of benefits and features, offering flexibility to cater to various financial needs. Any user can apply for these cards.
Exclusively offered to Premium and Titanium profile holders. Users must upgrade their profiles to access Amez credit cards, which include enhanced rewards and privileges.
Eligible applicants for both Debit and Credit Cards will be waitlisted. Upon successful approval, the card will be delivered via mail to your address
To be eligible for a refund, users must request it within 3 days of the original transaction. Only certain services may qualify for refunds, as detailed in the specific terms associated with each service.
Certain services, such as instant money transfers and specific subscription-based features, may not qualify for refunds once rendered.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@amezwallet.com, including the transaction ID, reason for the request, and any relevant details. Our team will review each request in line with Amez Wallet’s refund policy.
Refunds are typically processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. In cases where this is not possible, an alternative method may be proposed, subject to user approval.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval. However, additional processing time may be required depending on your financial institution.
Users will receive an email notification confirming refund approval, amount, and expected timeframe for funds to appear in their account.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, with services accessible until the end of the current billing cycle. For any cancellation made after a billing cycle begins, refunds are not automatically provided.
Refund requests for subscriptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Full or partial refunds may not be available if subscription benefits have been accessed.
In certain situations, Amez Wallet may offer a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of the subscription period. This is determined at the discretion of Amez Wallet and depends on the nature of the subscription.

- Order or transaction ID
- Reason for refund request, specifying any relevant issues or concerns

Once the review is complete, you will receive a notification regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, further details about the refund process will be provided.
Certain digital services, such as instant money transfers and completed bill payments, are non-refundable.
Services that have been personalized, customized, or are non-transferable may also be non-refundable, as specified in the service terms.
For services where benefits have been utilized within the billing cycle, refunds may not be provided even if a subscription is canceled mid-cycle.
